Commissioned by the Shire of Toodyay to design and produce a new tourist information bay to be installed in a new, specially-built road lay-by on the entry to the town. I was tasked on behalf of Tangelo Creative Ltd with researching the architecture of the area and design a bay that would harmonise with - and reflect- the particular local building styles. The result was a simple steel structure with features to suggest three local Victorian shop fronts with a typical bull-nosed roof at the front. The concept was well received and the accompanying information, maps and graphics were also developed and produced.
